Use the following guide to remove the printhead safely without the use of tools.

    • Locate a tab securing the printhead on the right hand side of the printer.

    • Push the tab to the right. The thermal head should release outward.

    • Hold the thermal head and pull out gently.

    • Disconnect the two (tan) harnesses located on opposite sides of the thermal head and remove the printhead.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
