If your Voluas VL001 pet feeder is having problems with getting food out, you may have an issue with your feeder mechanism. This is the part that has a fan-like shape and rotates to dispense food out of the device.

Remove the lid to the storage tank by using the latch and lifting off.

Grab the food storage tank on both sides. Depress the tabs that say "Push" on them and lift the tank off.

Grab the spindle from the bottom.

Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the single 11.6 mm screw in the center of the topside of the feeder mechanism.

Once the screw is removed, grab the three-pronged silicone agitator and remove it from the feeder.

Flip the storage tank over so that the bottom side is facing up.

Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the three 11.3 mm screws that hold the plastic cap onto the bottom of the tank.

Lift the plastic cap off the tank.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
