This guide for the Shark AI Ultra AV2511AE will show the steps needed to replace the vacuum bumper. This replacement is needed when the bumper has debris caught that causes the vacuum to make grinding noises or the vacuum is repeatedly running into the same object.

Remove the six 8 mm screws from the bumper using a Torx TR9 screwdriver.

Remove the bumper.
