If you find that there is no sound from the headphones and cannot find a solution of how to fix the headphones, perhaps it is time to replace. This guide will show you how to detach the headphones from the head strap. You will need a 4mm Flathead screwdriver for this replacement.

Loosen the 4mm Flathead screw from the head strap.

Repeat for the headphone on the other side.
