If the device’s pump system has not been calibrated, first reference “Pump Leak Calibration” in the device’s Troubleshooting page. Reference this guide for failure of pump-related calibrations and pre-use check.
For more information on replacing the pump assembly, please refer to page 5-20 in the service manual.

Position the base assembly so that you may access it.

Using the #1 Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four screws (SCR3219P in the photo) and the two screws (SCR3232P) securing the base plate.

The base plate will then come apart from the rest of the device with the pump assembly attached to it, as depicted in the following photo.

Inspect pump assembly for any damage or looseness.

If damage is found, replace the pump assembly by removing each tube individually and replacing as needed.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
