The Kyvol Cybovac E20 contains a front bumper with sensors to prevent the vacuum from hitting walls or furniture. This bumper can become obstructed by debris, so try cleaning it before anything else. If the problem persists, use this guide to replace the broken front bumper.

Flip the vacuum over so the bottom is facing up.

Remove the eight 1 mm screws holding the bumper in place using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
