Use this guide to replace a torn or over-stretched silicone ring on your Fairphone Fairbuds.

You can buy replacement silicone rings from Fairphone here.

    • Remove your earbuds from the charging case.

    • Use your fingers or tweezers to pull the silicone ring off its groove in the earbud.

    • If you're reusing the silicone ring, don't stretch it too far or it won't fit snug in its groove.

    • Remove the silicone ring.

    • During reassembly, align the tab on the silicone ring with the notch on the earbud to ensure the ring fits snug.
