Depress the spindle lock button to prevent the blade from spinning when you unfasten it.

While depressing the spindle lock, use a 3/16 hex key to remove the socket set screw securing the blade in place.

When replacing with a new blade, ensure the two pegs on the face of the rotor mate with the holes in the blade.
